Dom Pates - Founding Consultant
A musician and peace activist from the UK, Dom originally founded the group in 2004. He now acts as consultant to the Steering Group and provides the main link between UK and Japan activities. In Japan, he dealt with A&R (finding the music), the promotional campaign, the website strategy, building the translation team, outreach and research to peace groups and the overseeing of volunteer staff.

Kimberly Hughes - Events & Peace Group Coordinator
A freelance translator/writer and peace activist from the U.S., Kim is responsible for outreach to a wide range of Japanese peace groups, as well as event planning and coordination. She is a member of the PNWJ Steering Group, and English Editor for the Translation Team. She also coordinates the PNWJ Facebook page.

Hiroshi Fukui - Music Coordinator
A DJ, writer and event producer, Hiroshi has longstanding experience in the music industry. He has been deeply influenced in particular by the powerful rhythms of reggae, as well as music from the Arab and African regions.

Rob Schwartz - Dynastic Records
Originally from the US, Rob has worked in the Japanese music and entertainment industry for over 10 years. He was responsible for the overall CD release on his own label, Dynastic Records. He is the main liaison with the Japanese music industry, and also deals with sales, A&R, promotional campaigns, and legal matters.
